Referrals Process

We understand that a new placement may be a daunting experience for Young People and their families. We are committed to ensuring that the admission process is as smooth and streamlined as it can possibly be, causing minimal disruption to all involved.

 

We achieve this through effectively managing new referrals via our dedicated Business Development Department, who coordinate the entire process between all Professionals, Families and Significant Others, with the best interest of the Young People at the forefront of all decision-making.

Stage 1

Referral is received

Stage 2

Stage 3

We conduct a needs analysis
&
matching process

We visit the Young Person
in their current provision

Stage 4

Social Worker visits our provision

Stage 5

Placement is agreed.

Stage 6

Transition begins 
over an agreed period

Stage 7

Young Person moves into our
provision, on an agreed
admission date
